Can I get a custom logo engraved?

Yes, we can engrave most logos on nearly every product, and there is no extra fee for this service!

Just let us know which product you would like, and then email the logo design to sales@palmettowoodshop.com. We’ll let you know if the logo works and send you a free proof within one business day.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders! In addition to engraving text, dates, and messages, we can also engrave logos on our products. We do not charge a setup fee, and we do not have a minimum quantity for ordering. For more information about our bulk orders, please visit this page.

How do I open/close my pocket knife?

If you’re wondering how to close a liner lock knife, you must push the lock to the side using your thumb before closing the blade. We recommend following our guide for all the details.

The wood color of my engraved product looks a little different from the product listing image on the site. Is this normal?

Yes, items made from wood may vary slightly from what is shown in the listing pictures due to variations in wood grain, natural/minor imperfections in the wood, etc.

Do you have a physical store?

We’re sorry, but we don't have a physical retail store. The only place to purchase our products is online. If you have any questions about purchasing, using, or customizing our products, the team is always here to help. Reach out to us for personalized assistance.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order be shipped?

All orders, including personalized orders, typically ship the next business day. With free shipping, U.S. orders will arrive 2-4 days later, assuming no delays with the shipping carrier. You’ll receive both an order and shipping confirmation in your email to keep you up to date with the progress of your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We try to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We accept returns for most personalized items within 60 days of purchase for a 50% refund. Certain personalized, brand-name items cannot be returned. We also don’t accept returns of custom leather wallets or ammo cans. Express shipping and non-US shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or broken product, you will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all U.S. orders!

Shipping fees for non-U.S. purchases vary depending on your location. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is available for most items (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air). UPS Next Day Air is the only shipping option where a refund will be issued if the order does not arrive on time.
