- All orders (even personalized orders) ship the next business day
- You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships
- Estimated delivery dates shown are based on the shipping carrier's estimates. While they are not guaranteed, they are usually correct.
- Express shipping is also available for most items (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air). UPS Next Day Air is the only shipping option where a refund will be issued if the order does not arrive on time.
- International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.
- If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to keep the shipping label and all of the packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for checking all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, ownership, use, and possession of any products you purchase from us.
We strive to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to fix the problem! You must contact us prior to returning an item.
- Most personalized items can be returned for a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase. Bear & Son, Buck, Case, Kershaw, Smith & Wesson, and Victorinox knives that are personalized cannot be returned. Also, personalized leather wallets and ammo cans cannot be returned. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us before placing your order.
- Shipping fees on express shipping and non-US orders are not refundable.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
