Shipping and Returns

FREE shipping on all U.S. orders!

Orders ship in 1-2 business days and arrive 2-3 business days later, with standard shipping (assumes no delays with USPS).

Priority Mail Express shipping is also available for most items (US orders arrive 1-2 days after shipping when Priority Mail Express is selected).

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

All orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS.  You will be provided with a tracking number once your item ships.
 
If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to keep the shipping label and all of the packaging.


Returns

We strive to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their purchase.  If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to fix the problem!  Please contact us prior to returning an item. 

  • Orders (excluding personalized and custom orders) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 10% restocking fee may be subtracted from all refunds issued.
  • Shipping fees on Priority Mail Express and non-US orders are not refundable. 
  • Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless we make an error with the personalization.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Please note that products may vary slightly from the photos shown, due to natural variations in wood grain, natural minor imperfections in the wood, lighting, computer monitor settings, etc.
